With a process DK of 2.65 at 10 GHz/23°C and an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, this PCB is built to withstand demanding environments.
The construction details of this PCB are carefully crafted to optimize functionality and ease of use. With a board dimension of 124.65mm x 135mm, each piece is manufactured with precision, ensuring a tight tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. The minimum trace/space is 4/4 mils, allowing for intricate and detail designs. The board thickness measures 1.64mm, providing durability and sturdiness.
Featuring a copper layer thickness of 35μm on both sides, this PCB offers excellent electrical conductivity. The via plating has a thickness of 20μm, ensuring reliable connections throughout the board. The surface finish is done with immersion gold, providing a protective layer and enhancing solderability.
This PCB is intended to accommodate a wide range of components, with a total of 149 components and 223 pads. It includes 142 thru-hole pads, 54 top SMT pads, and 27 bottom SMT pads, allowing for versatile component placement. With 81 vias and 7 nets, this PCB enables seamless connectivity between different parts of the circuit.
Complying with IPC-Class-2 standards, this PCB meets rigorous quality requirements to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The artwork is supplied in Gerber RS-274-X format, ensuring compatibility with various design software and manufacturing processes.
