The PCB features a well-designed stackup, consisting of multiple layers of copper, cores, and prepreg materials. With a finished board thickness of 1.10mm and 1 oz (1.4 mils) copper weight on each layer, it offers durability and excellent conductivity. The surface finish is Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG), providing corrosion resistance and superior solderability. The top and bottom silkscreens are in white, while the solder masks are in a matte blue finish, ensuring clear component labeling and comprehensive protection.

It does not include blind vias but features 185 vias for efficient signal routing and connections. The via plating thickness is 20 μm, guaranteeing reliable connections. Additionally, 0.25mm and 0.2mm vias are filled with resin and capped as per IPC-4761 Type VII, ensuring robustness.
For optimal signal integrity, the top layer offers 50-ohm impedance control on a 20mil trace, with reference to L2. Each PCB undergoes 100% electrical testing before shipment, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
With a capacity to accommodate up to 112 components, including 89 thru hole pads and 50 top SMT pads, this PCB supports complex circuit designs. It also features 47 bottom SMT pads, providing a comprehensive range of options for surface-mount components.
