Let's look at our latest shipment of TLX-9 PCB. A custom-made 2-layer rigid PCB has been provided to meet the unique requirements of our clients, utilizing TLX-9 PTFE Glass material and a lead-free process for optimal performance and reliability. The temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃ that our PCB can operate within makes it ideal for use in harsh environments.
Excellent signal integrity and performance are provided by the stackup, which consists of finished copper of 35um, TLX-9 dielectric of 50 mil (1.27mm), and finished copper of 35um. The board dimensions are 95mm x 87mm, with a minimum trace/space of 6/6 mils, and a minimum hole size of 0.5mm. Our PCB has no blind or buried vias, and the finished board thickness of 1.35mm is ensured.
The finished Cu weight is 1 oz (1.4 mils) all layers, and via plating thickness is 1 mil. This PCB uses a surface finish of Hot Air Soldering Level (HASL), with a white top silkscreen and a green top solder mask. And the PCB has no bottom silkscreen or bottom solder mask, and no silkscreen on solder pads. A 100% electrical test is used to ensure the highest quality.
For this PCB, meeting the IPC-Class-2 standard, include 68 components, 110 total pads, 81 thru-hole pads, 29 top SMT pads, 0 bottom SMT pads, 112 vias, and 14 nets. Gerber RS-274-X artwork is supplied, and our services are available worldwide.
