Our latest shipment of PCBs is introduced, constructed with the exceptional Rogers RO4350B material that offers outstanding performance for various applications. With a lead-free process and an operational range of -40℃ to +85℃, the PCB is designed to meet your needs for years to come.
Constructed as a double-sided PCB, the RO4350B dielectric layer measures 30mil (0.762mm) with base copper of 17um on both sides. It has a finished board thickness of 0.84mm and a finished Cu weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) on all layers. The minimum trace/space and the minimum hole size are 10/10 mils and 15 mils, respectively, making it perfect for high-density applications with tight tolerances.
The PCB has 29 components with 50 total pads, including 25 thru hole pads and 25 top SMT pads. It also has 91 vias and 11 nets. Each PCB is thoroughly tested with a 100% electrical test to guarantee its quality and reliability.
HASL lead-free surface finish, top silkscreen in white, and green top and bottom solder masks are standard features of our PCBs. The RO4350B material offers excellent moisture resistance, making it ideal for harsh environments. It also features a via plating thickness of 1 mil, ensuring long-lasting durability.
