This single-layer flexible PCB utilizes a single-sided adhesive transparent flexible copper clad laminate, providing excellent properties for various applications. The key feature of this PCB is its transparency, with a visible light transmittance of 90.1%-90.5%. This makes it ideal for applications where visual aesthetics or light transmission are important. The PCB also exhibits excellent chemical resistance and electrical properties, ensuring reliable performance in diverse conditions. It is compatible with the EU RoHS directive, free of harmful substances such as Pb, Hg, Cd, Cr6+, PBB, and PBDE.

The stackup of this PCB consists of a copper layer and a polyester core SF490, providing the necessary flexibility and reliability. With a board dimension of 190mm x 290mm, this PCB offers ample space for component placement. It supports a minimum trace/space of 5/6 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.25mm.

This PCB complies with IPC-Class-2 standards, guaranteeing high-quality manufacturing and adherence to industry guidelines. It has undergone a 100% electrical test before shipment, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.

With 72 components and 98 pads, this PCB is suitable for various applications, with its primary use being large touch panels. Its transparent nature and flexibility make it an ideal choice for applications where thin and visually appealing circuitry is required.
