The RoHS and WEEE directives are fully complied with by RF-60A laminates, and they are also compatible with the temperatures needed for the new lead-free solders. They can be mass produced since they can be sheared, drilled, machined, and plated using common techniques for PTFE-woven fiberglass materials.
When ordering a high frequency PCB, it is important to specify the basic specifications, especially the material designation, dielectric thickness, copper weight, surface finishes and stack-up information if they are multi-layer PCB.
