CER-10 is a DK-10 organic-ceramic laminate from Taconic's ORCER family, engineered on a woven glass substrate for superior mechanical robustness. Its proprietary formulation delivers exceptional interlaminar bond strength, solder resistance, and minimal moisture absorption, ensuring uniform electrical properties. A key characteristic is its low Z-axis CTE (46 ppm/°C), which guarantees plated-through-hole reliability in thermally demanding applications.
