TP material is a unique high-frequency thermoplastic in the industry. Its dielectric layer is made up of ceramics and polyphenylene Oxide resin (PPO), with no fiberglass reinforcement. By adjusting the ratio of ceramics to PPO resin, the dielectric constant can be precisely controlled. The special production process gives it great dielectric performance and high reliability.

TP is the material with a smooth surface and no copper cladding; TP-1 has copper on one side; TP-2 has copper on both sides. The dielectric constant can be chosen freely between 3 and 25 based on circuit needs, and it stays stable. Common options are 3.0, 4.4, 6.0, 6.15, 9.2, 9.6, 9.8, 10.2, 11, 16, 20, with part numbers like TP300, TP440, TP600, TP1020, etc. It has low dielectric loss, which increases a little with frequency but not much up to 10 GHz.
