The Taconic ORCER Family PCB boasts a dielectric constant of 3.5 at 1.9GHz and a low dissipation factor of 0.0018 at the same frequency, ensuring excellent electrical performance and minimal signal loss. With a dielectric breakdown of 41 kV, this PCB exhibits exceptional insulation capabilities, enhancing its reliability and safety.


The 2-layer rigid PCB stackup consists of a 70 μm copper layer on both sides, sandwiching the RF-35 Core with a thickness of 60mil (1.524 mm). The bonding ply is made of FastRise 28 prepreg, providing excellent adhesion and stability. The finished board thickness is 3.3mm, offering a robust and durable platform for electronic components.


With board dimensions of 228mm x 189mm (+/- 0.15mm), the Taconic ORCER Family PCB provides ample space for various electronic components and connections.
