On December 15th, in the first phase of the standard factory building in Chuanshan Park, Suining, Sichuan, Renkang Electronics Co., Ltd. was operating at full capacity in the production workshop. The workers skillfully operated the machines, accelerating the production of a batch of high-precision circuit boards. 

In the target shooting workshop, the highly automated production line operated at a rapid pace, giving birth to technologically advanced circuit boards accompanied by the roar of the machines.

"Our circuit boards can achieve a minimum line width and spacing of 0.05 millimeters, and the thinnest board thickness can be as low as 0.05 millimeters. This means high integration and functionality of the products," said Jia Zhili, the company's general manager, as he presented a finished circuit board and explained the electronic components on it. Each component on the circuit board corresponds to every aspect of the company's production, processing, research and development, and sales, going through 19 manufacturing processes.

It is known that Renkang Electronics' new factory area in Chuanshan Park went into operation in May this year. It mainly engages in the production and sales of high-frequency and high-speed multilayer printed circuit boards, which are widely used in military, aviation, automotive, and other fields. The company enhances its competitive strength by providing high-end customized services and small-scale production. Currently, Renkang Electronics' products are exported overseas.

"Currently, we have a continuous stream of production orders, with a monthly increase rate of over 30%," introduced Jia Zhili. To meet the demand of the high-end PCB market, the company is expanding the factory area, adding machinery and equipment, increasing production lines, and accelerating production.
